Our easy to understand fee for leasing Silver Oaks is as follows;

May through August dates are  $12,000 Dollars

September and October dates are $14,000 Dollars

There are no service charges, taxes or hidden fees for the venue.

To secure your wedding date a non refundable 50% date retainer is required with the final payment due 90 days before your wedding.
