The Main reception space. "The Barn"
The Courtyard.The area just outside the barn. Used for the rehearsal dinner and the welcome reception.
The outdoor lighted reception area.
Used for the post ceremony Cocktail Hour.
Three fully staffed & stocked restaurant quality Bars. One in the courtyard, one at the outdoor reception space with our flagship bar inside the barn.
Catering Prep Area. Our prep area is perfect and fits the needs of our support vendors with ample space, refrigeration, hot water, garbage pails, liners and a dumpster.
Six Person Golf Cart, along with a dedicated driver to assist those who may need a little help.
Lawn Games. We have 12 of the most requested lawn games all set up for you.
Ceremony Arbor. A massive arbor with bench seating for as many as 150 guests.
Largest Guest Capacity in New England. More than 250 guest capacity for weddings and 440 for Galas and art expo's.
Two-Day pkg.Friday Rehearsal & Dinner Saturday Weclome Reception, Cocktail Hour followed by The Wedding & Reception.
Tables. Twenty custom made Farmhouse tables that comfortably seat 8, 10 or 12 guests.
Twenty Hi-Top Cocktail TablesChairs. Two hundred Pecan wood crossback chairs.
Restroom Facility. A state of the art, custom designed & built restroom facility with 12 toilets & Urinals, 4 sinks, Handicapped Access and a Baby Changing station.
Decor. Our facility is well appointed with timeless decor throughout. You basically need to provide what details will adorn your dinner tables.
Staff. Silver Oaks Staff will be present for the entirety of the event making sure our venue is well run, clean and attentive to the needs of your event.
Preferred Vendor list. We have a vetted list of support vendors you can choose from.
On-Site Planners & Day of Coordinatorsavailable for you to book at a very discounted rate.
On-Site Hosts. The event hosts are on site for the duration of the event to guarantee efficiency & satisfaction.
